Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 2 weeks given before the time of requested service: NO penalty

Cancellation: 2 weeks given before the time of requested service: 20% penalty

Cancellation 1 week given before the time of requested service: 30% penalty

Cancellation 72hours given before the time of requested service: 40% penalty

Cancellation 48hours given before the time of requested service: 50% penalty

Cancellation 24hours given before the time of requested service: 70% penalty

Cancellation less than 24hours before: the service is fully charged
